IEEE Student Branch Launch Ceremony
The IT Department at Al Buraimi University College organized the inauguration of the IEEE BUC Student Branch, showcasing the college's dedication to technical innovation and enhancing the student research environment. The event was honored by the presence of Dr. Yahya Al Balushi, Vice Chair of the IEEE Oman Section, who delivered an insightful lecture on the role of IEEE in empowering students professionally and academically.
IEEE Xtreme Programming Competition (IEEEXtreme 19.0)
Participated in the global IEEEXtreme 19.0 programming competition, a 24-hour challenge where IEEE student members compete to solve algorithmic and programming problems under time pressure.
Online Workshop for IEEE Student Branch Counselors and Chapter Advisors
Participated in an online workshop organized by the IEEE Region 8 Student Activities Committee aimed at sharing best practices for Student Branch Counselors and Chapter Advisors.
